Office Manager
Robin L. Spurlock serves as ECO-FIRST's office manager at our Lesage, WV, facility.
Spurlock is a graduate of the former Barboursville High School in Cabell County, WV, is married, and is the mother of three boys. She previously spent 17 years working and volunteering for the Cabell County Board of Education at Cox Landing Elementary School in Lesage. She served as the school's parent partner and was a past president of the school's parent-teacher organization.
In addition, Spurlock has served as president of a Woman's Club local chapter for several years. She has been with ECO-FIRST since February 2005.

Industrial Cleaning Manager
Sterling E. Ayers serves as the manager of ECO-FIRST’s industrial services group with sole responsibility for managing the company’s Mobile Truck and Equipment Cleaning division.
Purchased in May 2005, MOTEC, Inc. provides the ECO-FIRST family of companies with high pressure cleaning, water blasting, tank cleaning, fleet and equipment washing and building cleaning services.
Prior to joining MOTEC in November 1986, Ayers worked two years in heavy truck and equipment maintenance for a regional waste management company.
He brings to ECO-FIRST nearly two decades of industrial cleaning management and operations experience.

Industrial Cleaning Specialist
Millard M. Ryder serves as an industrial cleaning specialist for ECO-FIRST. His primary duties include the daily management and operation of industrial cleaning projects, including fleet truck washing, facility and equipment pressure cleaning and vacuum truck services.
Ryder is a lifelong resident of Milton, WV, and previously spent 12 years in the construction industry before joining Mobile Truck and Equipment Cleaning, Inc., in 1997. He served as an industrial cleaning technician with MOTEC until the company was acquired by ECO-FIRST in May 2005.
In his off time, Ryder enjoys rebuilding trucks and fishing.

Environmental Specialist
Mark J. Ring serves as the company’s senior environmental specialist with responsibilities focused on the company’s waste management and environmental recycling programs.
A graduate of the State University of New York at Cobleskill, Ring possesses a degree in plant science which included studies in the areas of water resources, soil science, chemistry and biology.
His prior work experience involves employment as a soil and concrete inspector and as an area supervisor for a commercial landscaping firm. Ring has been with ECO-FIRST since May 2005.
